Participate in a strategic planning charrette that we will host at your hospital. Revise your preliminary sound quality plan that we provide you into an actionable, final version.

Compile all the details from the assessment phase into a preliminary sound quality plan for you to finalize after the strategic planning charrette.
3. Implement
Specific acoustic interventions including behavioral, procedural and architectural changes get implemented in your hospital according to the sound quality improvement plan.

Provide top-down direction that emphasizes the importance of the program. Handle all organization and coordination of contractors, suppliers, etc. that are involved in implementing the planned acoustic interventions. Keep your sound quality plan up to date.

Train your staff on site. Ensure that all planned acoustic interventions are getting implemented correctly according to the sound quality plan. Answer questions that you, your staff, contractors, suppliers, etc. might have and participate remotely in your noise reduction committee meetings.
4. Monitor
All along, change is monitored with both custom sound quality patient satisfaction surveys and noise monitoring instrumentation installed in your hospital. Data are used to revise the sound quality plan as necessary.
